Panonija offers free Wi-Fi in all areas, free private parking nearby, an airport shuttle on request, family rooms, non-smoking rooms and a terrace with outdoor furniture. The whole house is air-conditioned and heated, with parquet floors, soundproofing, a private entrance and a smoke-free policy throughout.
Each private bathroom comes with a bath or shower, towels, linens, slippers, free toiletries, a hairdryer and toilet paper. Rooms include a wardrobe or closet, dressing room, clothes rack, seating area, desk, socket near the bed, refrigerator, electric kettle, minibar and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.
Services include a shuttle service and airport shuttle at additional charge, baggage storage, wake-up service, fax and photocopying, car rental and invoices on request. For safety there are fire extinguishers, CCTV outside the property and in common areas, key access and a safe. Upper floors are accessible by stairs only. Our team speaks English, Russian and Serbian.
Breakfast and the terrace
Breakfast is served in the breakfast room, decorated with stained glass and with an adjoining bar area. The terrace and balconies are the natural place to spend the early evening, with the San Giovanni mountains and the bay in front of you. Open-air cafés, pizzerias and eateries are a five-minute walk away.
House rules
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Children of all ages are welcome; children aged six and above are charged as adults. A crib is free on request, and an extra bed is € 20 per person per night, payable during the stay and subject to availability. Cash is accepted. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed, parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM. When you arrive in Kotor, please call us for directions to the property.
